Not All Cats In Trouble

Many wildcats names were called upon Thursday June 28,2012 in the 2012 NBA draft, only problem was none of those 6 names were Arizona Wildcats. All six were from the National Champions Kentucky Wildcats basketball team. Well done and well deserved by those young men. Although none of our three seniors were chosen by any team on draft day, all three have made news this summer (negative and positive). It’s well known by now that Jesse Perry is facing three felony counts for his aggressive play off the court and will hope to play overseas.
Meanwhile, two other seniors this past season Branden Lavender and Kyle Fogg made a couple of NBA summer league teams’ rosters. Lavender, the three point specialist is going to play with the Atlanta Hawks this summer, hoping to use this opportunity to find a spot on their squad. Kyle Fogg has made the Houston Rockets summer league team to show off his abilities. So just when the wildcat fans were hiding away in their houses after the recent law encounters by our beloved wildcats, two former Wildcats give the Wildcat Country something to brag about. Next step is for these two young men to make the actual team, good luck to BLAV and FOGGY, Beardown!!
