Antonio Parks commits, starts fireworks early for Arizona

Fireworks came a little early today as  3-star (top 100 cornerback) Antonio Parks officially commits to Arizona. This marks the 15th commit in the 2015 class for Rich Rodriguez and company, the 6th on the defensive side of the ball.

A lot of buzz has been swirling around Parks lately and he’s been flying across recruiting boards throughout the country. With offers from Clemson, Purdue, Duke and Arizona State, Parks has decided to take his talents to Tucson. His highlights are below.

Coming in at 5-10 180 pounds from East St. John High School (Reserve, Louisiana), Parks is a big hitter with great speed. Watching his highlights, he shows flashes of current safety and Tucson native, Jared Tevis. Although there are so many defensive backs headlining the 2015 class, Antonio Parks should be able to find his niche at any position in the secondary.
