The Arizona Wildcats have two players that have verbally committed for the Class of 2018.  Another one is hinting their interest – Bol Bol.

Another one! Just when you thought offseason basketball recruiting couldn’t get any better! The latest involves 2018 commit Shareef O’Neal‘s close friend Bol Bol, hinting interest with the Arizona Wildcats.

Currently, Bol has offers from many top schools: Creighton, Kansas, Kentucky, New Mexico State, Oregon, St. Johns, UCLA, and USC. There is a reason why he is so highly sought after. At 7-foot-2, 225 lbs, Bol fits the mold of the new ‘modern center.’ He can shoot from all over the floor, handle the ball, defend and throw down some MONSTEROUS dunks:

Recently, he was named the MVP of the 2017 Nike EYBL Circuit League and put up some ridiculous stats over 15 games:

  • Averaged 24 points per game
  • 10 rebounds per game
  • Almost five blocks per game
  • Shot 66% from the field
  • And almost 50% from three-point range – That’s SICK!

If you were to listen to a broadcast of one of Bol’s games, you would think he is 6-foot-5 – it’s just not FAIR! Watch these highlights of Bol during the 2017 EYBL season:

Bol is very active on Twitter and he recently mentioned this:

Anyone who has been active on social media knows that O’Neal and Bol play on the same AAU team, spend a lot of time outside of the basketball court together and are an UNSTOPPABLE FORCE!

True chemistry, they both play on the Cal Supreme AAU team under Gary Franklin:

Like DeAndre Ayton, who was able to convince some Class of 2017 recruits to join  the Wildcats, O’Neal is following suit:

Players who recruit their friends and teammates to join the Wildcats make it that much easier for Coach Miller and coaching staff to find talent. Plus, it provides the added bonus of team chemistry.
