Arizona Football Recruits: Week 10
The Arizona Wildcats 2014 recruiting class currently ranks 17th in the country and first in the Pac-12, according to 247sports.com. Let’s take a look at how the commits did in their games last week:
Jamie Byrd, DB, Iowa Western Community College, Council Bluffs, Iowa
Byrd had two tackles and one pass deflection in a 17-0 win over the College of Dupage (Glen Ellyn, IL).
2013 Stats: 44 tackles (two for loss), two interceptions, one fumble recovered, six passes broken up
Rodney Carr, DB, Salesian High School, Los Angeles
There were no individual stats available for Salesian High School’s 49-14 win St. Genevieve (Panorama City, Calif.).

Jamardre Cobb, LB, Salesian High School, Los Angeles

Jerod Cody, DL, Glendale Community College, Las Vegas, Nev.
Cody has yet to play in any games this season, according to NJCAA.org. The Gauchos beat Pima Community College (Tucson, Ariz.) on the road 31-6.

Brandon Dawkins, QB, Oaks Christian High School, Westlake, Calif.
Dawkins went 20-for-33 for 304 yards, five touchdowns and one interception in a 49-21 win over Moorpark High School (Moorpark, Calif.).
2013 Stats: 63 percent completion percentage, 2,823 yards passing, 35 touchdowns, seven interceptions, 329 yards rushing, three rushing touchdowns
Kaelin Deboskie, WR, Salpointe Catholic High School, Tucson, Ariz.
Deboskie had five rushes for 22 yards and one reception for 10 yards in a 49-7 win over Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, Ariz.).
2013 Stats: 33 receptions, 522 yards, 11 receiving touchdowns, 138 rushing yards, one rushing touchdown
Cameron Denson, WR, Salpointe Catholic High School, Tucson, Ariz.
Denson had 10 carries for 76 yards and two touchdowns and threw for two touchdowns in a 49-7 win against Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, Ariz.).
2013 Stats: 43 receptions, 940 receiving yards, 11 receiving touchdowns, 394 rushing yards, six rushing touchdowns
Tony Ellison, RB, Granite Bay High School, Granite Bay, Calif.
Ellison will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury. The Grizzlies won 35-7 over Woodcreek (Roseville, Calif.).
2013 Stats: 46 carries, 390 rushing yards, 165 receiving yards, 10 total touchdowns
Layth Friekh, OT, Centennial High School, Peoria, Ariz.
Friekh did not record any statistics in Centennial’s 24-3 win over Apollo (Glendale, Ariz.)

Patrick Glover, DB, Scottsdale Community College, Mesa, Ariz.
Glover had seven tackles in a 56-21 win over Eastern Arizona College (Thatcher, Ariz.).

Jonathan Haden, RB, Friendship Collegiate Academy, Washington, D.C.

Hunt recorded six tackles and one sack in a 21-14 win over Highland High School (Gilbert, Ariz.).

Kaige Lawrence, OL, Chaffey College, Victorville, Calif.
Lawrence hasn’t recorded any stats this season, according to CCCAAstats.org. The Panthers defeated East Los Angeles (Los Angeles, Calif.) 41-0.

Kwesi Mashack, DB, Vista Murrieta High School, Murrieta, Calif.
Mashack recorded 25 kick return yards in a 43-14 win over Murrieta Mesa High School (Murrieta, Calif.).

Jordan Morgan, WR, Southridge High School, Beaverton, Ore.
Southridge did not have a game last week. They will return to action this Friday against West Linn (West Linn) in the first round of the playoffs.
2013 Stats: 25 receptions, 483 yards, 137 rushing yards, nine total touchdowns
Antonio Smothers, LB, Scottsdale Community College, Scottsdale Ariz.
Smothers had seven tackles, four for loss, and two sacks in a 56-21 win over Eastern Arizona College (Thatcher, Ariz.).

Levi Walton, OL and DL, Ida S. Baker High School, Coral Gables, Fla.
