Cal just does not have the talent or depth yet to really compete with any of the Pac-12 teams. QB Jared Goff is a good player, but he can only do so much, plus, the Arizona pass defense is very good, so he will struggle all day. Couple that fact with the game being in Tucson and you have a nice 4-0 start to the 2014 campaign.
