Luke Walton
When Bill Walton’s son came to town, I wondered if Arizona was just recruiting a name. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Luke Walton was always a tough matchup for Pac-10 foes. At 6 ft 8 in, he could score, rebound and pass with precision.
Walton was named to the All Pac-10 First Team twice and was part of Arizona’s 2001 Final Four squad.
His triple-double moment of glory came on Jan. 17, 2002 at home against the USC Trojans.
Walton finished with 27 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in Arizona’s 97-80 victory.
