MARKELLE FULTZ. A+. Fultz went all out with the inside of his suit jacket, he had pictures of his family and everyone that helped him get to the NBA, sayings, it was off the charts. Fultz also paid homage to his college by wearing a purple and white shirt. University of Washington guard Markelle Fultz was drafted No. 1 in the draft.
