Another week, another finalized list for a prominent recruit that has Arizona Basketball in his list of top schools he’s considering!

If you haven’t been paying attention, the Arizona Basketball team is on a roll in recruiting lately. Already securing a commitment from five-star guard, Nico Mannion, the Wildcats are also doing well with many other, highly-regarded recruits.

One of those the recruits, is none other than four-star wing, Terry Armstrong. A standout recruit at Bella Vista Prep (Scottsdale, AZ) in the class of 2019, Armstrong has a number of impressive suitors looking for his services so far.

Well, after months of deliberation, Armstrong is getting a better sense of where he wants to go to school, narrowing down his list to just four. That list came out on Tuesday, and features the Wildcats in addition to Oregon, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

Shockingly not on the list? Michigan State. This is certainly interesting, as Armstrong is a Flint, MI native, and was considering the Spartans quite a bit.

After narrowing his top choice of schools, next for Armstrong will be to go on his official visits. So far, the high school senior will be in Tucson October 5th-7th, at New Mexico from October 19th-21st and his Oregon trip is to be determined. Armstrong visited Oklahoma this past week.

As it stands now, the Wildcats perhaps have a good chance here with the four-star Armstrong, as he is certainly a great athlete with good upside.

Standing an impressive 6-feet-6-inches, and 185-pounds, Armstrong is a versatile basketball player, and as we said, he’s very much a combo player. He’s able to play the two-guard and small forward positions with relative ease.

Armstrong is an exciting player. First off, he’s a very efficient scorer, being able to score at all three levels, possessing good explosiveness and athleticism.

Just from watching his film, there’s a lot to like here. You can clearly see that he plays with a lot of confidence, finishes around the rim well, has a pretty solid touch from 15-feet and beyond and is tenacious at getting the rebound and getting good put backs. Overall, Terry just does a lot of things really well.
