Arizona Basketball: Wildcats in the Pros, who and where are they now?

Solomon Hill
Six seasons into his NBA career, Solomon Hill has had a bumpy road. From injuries, to limited playing time, to be called down to play in the G League, Hill has had his work cut out for him. All that adversity hasn’t stopped him from playing the game he loves.
For his career, he has averaged 6.1 points per game, 3.3 rebounds per game and 1.6 assist per game. In his third season with the New Orléans Pelicans, Hill has only played in 9 games. He did overcome and recover from a torn hamstring surgery last season to play this year, and is working harder than ever to have more of an impact for his team.
This season he is averaging 2.7 points per game, 2.3 rebounds per game and 1.7 assists per game in 18.0 minutes per game. Because of changes to the Pelicans style of play and personnel, it has impacted Hill’s role in the team this year. He is staying positive though and had this to say courtesy of the New Orleans Advocate:
"“I just want to be a professional and I want to help this team win,” Hill said. “If that means I’m not on the court, then that’s what it is. I want to help everyone who is helping us win games. That’s the most important thing.”"
