Gabe York
What a journey former Wildcat Gabe York has been on. After leaving Arizona, he played overseas for a year, then played in the G-League for a season, that back overseas before now playing again in the G-League for the Orland Magic G-League affiliate Lakeland Magic.
York has been in eight games so far and started in six of them. He is averaging 12.4 points per game and 3 rebounds per game. Where he shines the most is from long distance. At Arizona, Wildcat fans knew if you left York open there was a very chance he would make it.
In a recent outing, he knocked down six three-pointers! Great to see York, like all the other former Wildcats, be given a chance to showcase their talent on the professional level.
York most recently scored 29 points over the Grand Rapids drive in a 109-94 win.
The Lakeland Magic beat the Grand Rapids Drive 109-94 in a Wednesday night battle. Magic guard Gabe York led the way with 29 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists on 10-18 from the field, 5-9 from 3 and 4-4 from the FT line.
