Whether you are one of those Arizona Wildcats fans who make New Year’s resolutions or not, here are a few we can all get on board with.

We hope all Arizona Wildcats are having a wonderful, warm and happy holiday season. New Year’s Eve is coming! As we close the books on 2018, we welcome 2019 with open arms and some realistic expectations.

The Pac-12 is not doing so hot. Earlier this fall, we posted an article discussing the Pac-12 Football budget.  We explained that Arizona Football doesn’t have a big budget, especially for the assistant coaches which put the Cats at a real disadvantage. DIRECTV customers still don’t have access to the Pac-12 channels, and when you call DIRECTV they try to keep you as a customer by profusely apologizing and offer you the Big 10 Package. What??

More from Arizona Wildcats

The FBI Investigation into College Basketball hit A Players Program hard, ESPN kept the rhetoric going after things died down a bit waiting for Book Richardson’s trial, and Dick Vitale was the hugest catalyst.

So what are our expectations for the Arizona Basketball team and what should be their New Year’s resolution? How about the media that covers them?

These are a few themes we gathered from fans on the subject of New Year’s resolutions, being realists, they may not come to fruition. But if we collectively visualize and y’all jump on the same bandwagon, maybe the right people will get the message, and we will try to be positive because nothing good comes from being negative.

That’s our resolution.
