Another McDonald’s All-American, Chris Mills made a total of $37,370,000 playing in the NBA. Ironically Mills was involved in a pay-for-play controversy while playing for Kentucky. Lucky for the Arizona Wildcats, Mills transferred to Arizona. He played at Arizona for the remainder of his eligibility.

Lute Olson called Mills a “tough hard nose guy” according to Rivera. Mills was a Fairfax High School (Los Angeles, California) graduate Olson recruited, but Mills dad wanted him to play at Kentucky.

Mills was a very versatile player who could play multiple positions and that carried him through his 10-year NBA Career.
