Salim Stoudamire is the younger cousin of Arizona legend Damon Stoudamire. Lute Olson once said that he was a better shooter than JJ Reddick (currently on the Sixers). Salim’s NBA career was stunted by the fact that he suffered a severe groin injury.
Stoudamire hit the game-winning shot against Oklahoma State in the 2005 NCAA Tournament (Regional Semi-Finals).
