Arizona Basketball beating ASU? While this isn’t anything new for the Wildcats, however, what made January 3, 2004, so special was the milestone that this win came with.

Making the journey to Tempe, AZ, the then No. 4 Wildcats (8-1) would take on the ASU Sun Devils (6-3).

From the start, it was all Arizona and was just one of many, dominant performances by the Wildcats over the Sun Devils.

Entering the game with 699 career wins under his belt, head coach Lute Olson would guide his Cats to the 93-74 win to pick-up career win No. 700!
