No. 3 – Oregon Ducks
Conference: Pac-12
2018 Record: 9-4 (5-4)
Game Info: November 16 (Saturday) | TBD | Eugene, OR (Autzen Stadium)
Record vs Oregon: 17-26 (Arizona won the last match-up 44-15 in Tucson in 2018)
Oregon is plenty talented and most importantly they return play making quarterback, Justin Herbert. I’m sure for Ducks fans, last season was a bit of an underwhelming one. After starting the season 5-1 and knocking off eventual Pac-12 winner, Washington, the Ducks then limped to a 9-4 finish.
Sure, while 9-4 sounds like a pretty good year, however, for the talent they have I’m sure expectations were a little bit higher.
So when previewing the Ducks, they return quite the slew of talented players, but most importantly will have to replace deep-threat option, Dillon Mitchell. Herbert should have a great supporting cast in 2019 and will undoubtedly be one of the more talented teams Arizona faces this season.
Plus, winning at Autzen is no easy feat, just look at their record their the past decade or so…
