No. 7 – Paiton Fears

Position: Offensive Tackle

Year: Sophomore

Size: 6-feet-5-inches | 308 pounds

Stats in 2018: No stats recorded, played at Hutchinson Community College last season

One of the newcomers from the 2019 recruiting class, meet Junior College transfer, Paiton Fears! A standout lineman at Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, KS, Fears comes to Tucson with a great opportunity to make an early impact.

It’s worth noting that the Wildcats lose a few, crucial pieces from the offensive line from last season, so that’s where Fears comes in and has a chance to make that impact.

It’s always difficult for any newcomer to come along the offensive line and start, but if there’s anyone that can do it, I feel it would be Fears. He already has college experience, he’s big, athletic and talented and should be able to start on Day One!

Paiton is strong, physical and loves to hit from what I can tell in his film. He has good feet and a solid overall foundation to be a break out player for the cats next season!
