No. 3 – Dayven ‘Day Day’ Coleman

Position: Linebacker (*Moved from Safety)

Year: RS Freshman

Size: 6-feet-2-inches | 220 Pounds

Stats in 2018: 11 Tackles (6 solo) | 1.5 TFL (-3 yards)

Another youngster, Day Day Coleman saw some action last season at safety before ultimately getting injured. This year, he will make the transition to linebacker, and I absolutely love the move!

Arizona has some talent at linebacker, but undoubtedly lack a little in depth. Coleman will help tremendously.

He’s certainly athletic enough for the change, and seems to have put in enough work this off-season to make that transition seamlessly. In the limited action we saw from Coleman, the Texas-based defensive player looked good!

Now that he will likely see even more game action should he stay healthy, and look out! I see Day Day making a huge jump this year, and is going to be one of Arizona’s break out players.

Just look at his film from high school!
