No. 1 – Boobie Curry

Position: Wide Receiver

Year: Freshman

Size: 6-feet-2 inches | 206 pounds

Stats in 2018:  31 Receptions | 370 yards | 3 Touchdowns

Perhaps the most important freshman coming in, Boobie Curry is also one of the most talented recruits from that 2019 class. He looks every bit like a division one football player, and with Arizona’s situation at receiver, Curry has a very good chance of making an immediate impact.

He was a standout at St. Pius X High School in Houston, TX, and put up some big numbers alongside fellow Arizona Football player, Grant Gunnell.

Curry is quick, he’s strong, he’s athletic and looks like a player that should have a great career. He played well in the Spring game, catching two passes for 53 yards.

Should he stay healthy, he will have a great opportunity to get early playing time, and actually see Curry being one of Arizona’s better receivers this season! This is why he comes No. 1 on my list!

Just take a look at the talent he has!
