Honorable mention: Ty Abbott

Position: Guard

Years played at ASU: 2007-11

Career stats: 10.2 points | 3.9 rebounds | 1.8 assists | 1.0 steals

A fiesty and tough guard that played at ASU during the Lute transition years, and the early Sean Miller years, Ty Abbott was a rather solid college player and an annoying thorn in the side of the Wildcats.

A Phoenix-area native, Abbott enters our list as the Honorable Mention. Why? Well, who could forget the Kevin Parrom/ Abbott incident that happened at Wells Fargo Arena (Tempe, AZ) on January 23, 2010.

The Wildcats trailed the Sun Devils at the half 27-25, but a big second half, sparked by the Parrom hard foul now deemed as ‘No Easy Buckets’, fueled Arizona to the dominating, 77-58 win.

This foul by Parrom is one of our favorite moments in Wildcat Basketball history, but more importantly, it happened against one of the most hated players, from our most hated rival.
