Making waves in the NFL Free Agency market, former Wildcat Rob Gronkowski could soon be coming out of retirement to join Tom Brady in Tampa Bay!

It’s been a crazy few weeks in NFL Free Agency. Just after Tom Brady had shocked the world recently by announcing that he’d be heading to Tampa Bay just a couple weeks ago, it appears Rob Gronkowski will be soon joining him.

Yep, you read that right. Gronk, the former Wildcat who had been “retired” for the last year will be reuniting with Brady in Tampa.

Believed to be two “lifers” with the New England Patriots organization, the dynamic duo will soon be teaming up again in Florida.

As you may recall, Gronk had announced his retirement after winning Super Bowl LIII against the Los Angeles Rams.

Well, over the course of the last year, Gronk had shown that he’s been pretty happy being away from football, and while many anticipated he wouldn’t come back, he also didn’t completely rule out that possibility of it happening!

On Tuesday, in a shocking move, the Patriots announced that they were trading Gronkowski for a fourth round pick from the Buccaneers, retroactively bringing Gronk back into the NFL pending a physical.

Well, later that afternoon, we learned that Gronk officially passed his physical and will be joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and will once again be reuniting with Brady!

Considered to be on the leagues all-time best tight ends, it’ll be great to see Gronkowski suit up again, even if it may be weird seeing him in Pewter Gray, Red and White.

With 521 receptions, 7,861 yards and 79 receiving touchdowns, Gronk has a great opportunity to further cement his legacy as being one of the best Tight Ends in NFL history!
