California athlete Logan Kraut commits to Arizona Football
Another day, another commitment for the Arizona Football team as Northern California athlete Logan Kraut commits to the Wildcats!
The Arizona Football team is really on a roll lately! After having no commitments for 2021 a couple months ago, they have really grown their class as Northern California athlete Logan Kraut becomes the 14th commit thus far!
Even amid the Covid crisis and the 2020 FALL season being in jeopardy, the coaches are really working hard, hitting the recruiting trail to find talent.
Arizona Wildcats
Their latest find happens to be Northern California athlete, Logan.
A standout at Maria Carrillo High School in Santa Rosa, CA, Logan took to social media on Sunday afternoon, committing to the Wildcats despite offers from Fresno State, UNLV, New Mexico, as well as the Air Force and Army Academies in addition to others.
Standing 6-feet-2-inches and 190 pounds, he mostly projects as a safety, but as a two-way standout, he could potentially play receiver, but to me, given Arizona’s need on defense and particularly at safety, that’s where I feel he fits best.
He already possesses solid size, and as he continues to develop, he will fill out more, being the perfect size for a safety at the Pac-12 level.
On film there is plenty to like. He’s a strong, smart, heady player with good playmaking ability.
He can line up at corner and provide good size, or play deeper in the secondary.
On offense, he’s just as skilled. He uses his size to his advantage, getting to the high point of the football, allowing himself to make plays. He’s quick in the open field, possesses great vision and would be a nice threat there as well.
Just see for yourself!
At Zona Zealots, we’re excited about the addition of Logan and can’t wait to see our recruits finally suit up! As always, Bear Down, Arizona!
