As Arizona Football prepares for Spring Football, Jedd Fisch and the Wildcats will be giving more exposure to the program which is a good thing!

It has been a refreshing past couple of months for Arizona Football as us fans still adjust to the Jedd Fisch era in Tucson.

Despite the cold welcome from fans at least initially, Fisch has been saying and doing all the right things, quickly reversing the collective opinions of fans, making optimists out of all of us.

So far, he has been the antithesis to Kevin Sumlin and Rich Rodriguez, and if recent events are any indication, the media and public will have more access to the team and program.

Making news on Wednesday, it was announced that Fisch is going to give more exposure to himself and the program, by making himself, other coaches, and players more available.

For the past few years, the program has virtually been closed off to everyone, and the disconnect between coaches, players, and fans was real.

Since coming to Tucson, Fisch has had to put in work to restore that relationship with the community and make Arizona Football more like a family again.

For a program that has grown stagnant, going just 9-20 over the last three years, restoring the faith, and rebuilding the collective, Arizona Football community is going to be paramount in this programs’ success.

It may seem so simple, but the moves that the program is making so far are a breath of fresh air, and it should make fans feel optimistic.

Now, granted what will determine the success of it all will be whether the Wildcats can turn around the on-field success. However, this is at least a start, and getting the community back in your corner is a huge thing for Arizona Football. Here’s to hoping it all pays off!
