With Arizona Football and Jedd Fisch steadily making progress in the recruiting class of 2022, the Wildcats are going all-in on wide receiver, Tetairoa McMillan.

Since taking over the Arizona Football program nearly seven months ago, head coach Jedd Fisch has been steadily working hard to not only change the perception of this program but also improve recruiting results. And perhaps one of his bigger targets for 2022 is wide receiver, Tetairoa McMillan.

An elite receiver in the class of ’22, McMillan is a standout player that ranks No. 62 nationally and is the teammate of current Wildcat commit Noah Fifita.

A part of the extremely talented trio from Servite High School in Orange, CA, McMillan is one of the best players in the class and naturally is being recruited by virtually every major program, including Arizona.

With offers from all the big programs like Oregon, LSU, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, and USC among numerous others, it is amazing that Arizona has hung around this long and it is truly a testament to this staff’s recruiting efforts.

However, with Fifita committed and fellow four-star tight end Keyan Burnett seriously considering the Wildcats, perhaps seeing McMillan suit up for the Wildcats isn’t too far-fetched.

Either way, with a decision potentially coming soon for Tetairoa McMillan, Jedd Fisch, and Arizona Football are making an all-out push for a commitment.

In the world of recruiting, nothing is ever guaranteed and even with Fifita committed and Burnett potentially following suit, there is no certainty that McMillan would commit to Arizona too. However, you got to like the Wildcats’ approach and effort here, plus it’s always nice to have a mom like Noah’s in your corner also pulling out all the stops.

In short, McMillan is a difference-maker and he is a player that wouldn’t typically consider the Wildcats. Should he come to Tucson, he would help elevate the play at the University of Arizona.

He is a lengthy receiver and natural pass catcher that has great hands and body control. He is a tremendous athlete that also plays volleyball, and because of his exposure to the sport, he does a great job in getting to the high point of the football and uses his length well.

The highlights alone are super impressive!
