Arizona Basketball releases majority of 2021-22 schedule
With the 2021-22 Arizona Basketball season just around the corner, the Wildcats have finally released a majority of their upcoming schedule.
With the Arizona Football season about to start, that also means the 2021-22 Arizona Basketball is quickly approaching as well.
So far, it has been quite the busy off-season for Arizona. The Wildcats replaced longtime head coach Sean Miller, and have seen a bit of roster turnover.
Arizona Wildcats
With the 2021-22 season just over two months away, the action is slowly going to start heating up, and already head coach Tommy Lloyd and the Wildcats are getting ready for the season.
Well on Wednesday afternoon, it was revealed via social media that Arizona Basketball released a majority of their Schedule:
- Oct. 2 – Arizona Red-Blue game (Tucson, AZ) – 3:00 PM MST
- Nov. 1 – Eastern New Mexico – Exhibition (Tucson, AZ) – TBD
- Nov. 9 – Northern Arizona (Tucson, AZ) – TBD
- Nov. 12 – UTRGV (Tucson, AZ) – TBD
Roman Main Event
- Nov. 16 – North Dakota State (Tucson, AZ) – TBD
- Nov. 19 – Wichita State / UNLV / Michigan (Las Vegas, NV) – TB
- Nov. 21 – TBD
- Nov. 27 – Sacramento State (Tucson, AZ) – TBD
- Dec. 2 – Washington (Tucson, AZ) – TBD
- Dec. 5 – at Oregon State (Corvallis, OR) – TBD
- Dec. 8 – Wyoming (Tucson, AZ) – TBD
- Dec. 11 – at Illinois (Champaign, IL) – TBD
- Dec. 15 – Northern Colorado (Tucson, AZ) – TBD

The rest of the schedule along with the tip-off times will likely be coming in the next few weeks, however, this is a great preview of the schedule so far, and it gives fans a good idea of who the Wildcats will face.
At first glance, there are quite a few winnable games and a couple of others that would be tough and would be good RPI/ Strength of Schedule builders with Illinois, Tennessee, and potentially Michigan.
