Making progress in the recruiting class for 2022, Arizona Basketball and Tommy Lloyd land in the Top 6 for Utah shooting guard, Collin Chandler.

It has been a slow start to the recruiting class of 2022 for Arizona Basketball and Tommy Lloyd with just one player committed so far. However, it looks like they have their sites set on one of their next top targets in shooting guard Collin Chandler.

Considered to be the No. 68 overall player in his class, Collin is the standout four-star wing from Farmington High School (Farmington, UT) that is steadily rising the ranks.

With offers from Arizona, Utah, Stanford, Oregon, and Gonzaga among several others, Collin is a highly sought-after player for 2022, and with his upside and playmaking ability, it is understandable why Lloyd and Arizona are prioritizing him.

Having his choice of schools, Utah shooting guard Collin Chandler has narrowed his list of schools to six which includes Arizona Basketball.

Announcing his list of Top 6 schools just days ago, luckily Arizona has made the cut also joining Gonzaga, Oregon, Utah, Stanford, Utah, and BYU.

On paper, he fits Lloyd’s system well, and it makes sense why the Wildcats are prioritizing him. However, the interesting thing to note here, is that Collin could possibly go on a mission, which means he may not even be available until 2024.

Nonetheless, Arizona seems to be doing well here in this recruitment. Chandler stands an impressive 6-feet-4-inches and 170 pounds, with great size and length.

He is a tall and lanky guard with good overall size and athleticism. He attacks the bucket well, has great a burst of speed, and has a good shot that extends well beyond the three-point line. He can beat you off the dribble or can be used in catch-and-shoot scenarios.

Collin is an impressive player in the class of 2022, and he is a player that Wildcat fans should keep an eye on moving forward!

Here are some of Collin’s highlights:
