Making an impact off the court, former Wildcat Kyle Fogg is using his earnings from the TBT Tournament to support Pencils of Promise.

Fans of Arizona Basketball always love seeing former Wildcats succeed beyond their basketball careers in Tucson, whether it is on or off the court. Well, former Wildcat Kyle Fogg is just one of the latest Arizona Alumni that is doing big things.

As everyone is likely fully aware of by now, it is the tremendous success Kyle has seen by playing basketball overseas, and perhaps most notably by winning four straight championships in the TBT Tournament.

Earning some significant payouts in the process and continuing his strong basketball play that fans admired while he was in Tucson, it is safe to say Kyle is doing quite well for himself.

However, it appears he is looking for a bigger impact in life rather than simply just playing basketball.

Making news via social media was that former Wildcat Kyle Fogg has teamed up with Pencils of Promise to help build schools in Guatemala, Ghana, and Laos.

Since leaving Arizona, Fogg has done several great things, but none perhaps bigger than teaming up with Pencils of Promise.

A non-profit organization that was founded in 2008, Pencils of Promise’s goal is to build schools and increase educational opportunities in poor and developing countries. Naturally, being the humble and kind person that he is, Fogg joined the cause and is already off to a huge start.

Using part of his whopping $500,000 TBT earnings, Fogg has donated to Pencils of Promise and is helping those that are less fortunate. Already, his contributions have helped build three schools (two in Ghana, one in Laos) and will impact roughly 1,798 students.

Kyle continues to raise the bar higher and higher in all that he does, and we are truly happy to see his success.
