With the 2021-22 College Basketball season just around the corner, Arizona Basketball will preview its season at the annual Pac-12 Media Day.

We are finally into October, which means we are getting closer and closer to the start of the 2021-22 Arizona Basketball season, which also means the annual Pac-12 Media Day is nearly here as well.

Already, Arizona Basketball unofficially kicked off the year by hosting the Red-Blue game last weekend. However, with the intra-squad scrimmage now behind us, all that is left from now until the start of the season is the Pac-12 Media Day.

The event is set for October 13, and Arizona Basketball will be in attendance at the conferences’ plush and luxurious headquarters in San Francisco.

Making news just days was that Arizona will be in attendance, and this is a group that should draw plenty of interest as head coach Tommy Lloyd leads his team into Northern California. However, joining him at the media day will be Wildcat superstars, Ben Mathurin and Azuolas Tubelis.

As we all saw, the two sophomores took the conference by storm last season as freshmen, and luckily for us, the duo return with plenty of hype. And together, the two should be a big part of the Wildcats’ success.

The Pac-12’s Media Day will begin at 10 a.m. PST, and the Conferences’ Network will be airing all the coverage of the event. Fans can also view the coverage via Pac-12.com.

The Preseason rankings and All-Conference selections are expected to be announced following the event.

Coming into the season, Arizona is expected to be picked somewhere in the middle of the conference, as UCLA, USC, and Oregon are the heavy favorites to finish near the top.

Either way, the event should be a great opportunity for people to see the Wildcats, and see what coach Lloyd is doing in Tucson!
