Following a brief stint with the Wildcats, former Arizona Basketball star Brandon Williams revealed he is set to soon appear in the NBA G-League.

It has been one hell of a journey for former Wildcat Brandon Williams. From the time he finally stepped on the court at Arizona until now, he has had to deal with so much.

For those that remember, BWill was the standout guard from Crespi High School in Southern California that came here with plenty of anticipation and hype, however, it wasn’t without a little concern either.

If you may recall, Brandon had suffered a few knee injuries while in high school, and when he came to Arizona, he, unfortunately, ran into similar issues during his time here.

A once, intriguing prospect with lots of skill and upside, his career has since been impacted by the injuries, which is in part why he left Arizona early to go pro, hoping to still cash in his talent before it was too late.

Nonetheless, while in Tucson, BWill’ did dazzle fans in his limited action, finishing his career averaging 11.4 points, 3.4 assists, and 2.8 rebounds per game in 26 games played.

Now a couple of years removed from playing at Arizona, former Wildcat Brandon Williams is on to the next big thing as he joins the NBA G-League.

It has been a long and challenging road for BWill, but finally, things seem to be going his way, as it was revealed on social media, that the former Wildcat will soon be making his debut in the NBA G-League in the coming days.

Brandon was signed by the Westchester Knicks (the G-League affiliate of the New York Knicks), and he will be playing in his first game on Friday against the Capital City Go-Go.

Assuming he is fully healthy, BWill has a great opportunity to showcase his skills and possibly make an even better path for himself!
