With Arizona Basketball soon facing the meat of their schedule, the Wildcats could see their trip to Los Angeles canceled with USC and UCLA impacted by Covid.

No. 8 Arizona Basketball is off and running as they are off to a hot, 11-0 (1-0) start, and remain perfect after a solid showing this past week in which the Wildcats swept Northern Colorado and Cal Baptist.

However, the real test now begins for the Wildcats. This week, Arizona will travel to Knoxville to take on No. 18 Tennessee in the middle of the week for a huge Pac-12/SEC Showdown.

After that, they then would have a short break before taking on No. 4 UCLA in Los Angeles, followed by No. 10 and undefeated USC a few days before then traveling to Tempe to take on Arizona State.

However, with the upcoming road games just around the corner, there is some growing concern that those games could potentially be postponed or canceled altogether.

If you have been paying attention in recent days, both UCLA and USC have had to cancel games due to Covid protocols. Now, granted the scheduled games against the Bruins and the Trojans are a couple of weeks out, however, this is a development to keep an eye on.

Arizona Basketball has already been impacted by Covid as they saw their game against Washington rescheduled, but are already seeing more challenges.

It is a crazy world we are living in but it is an aspect of college basketball that many are still adjusting to as several other teams have seen their games canceled.

Assuming all those games go as planned, it will be the first time since January 2018 that Arizona had to play four consecutive road games.

For an Arizona team that has seen just a few tests so far, this would be a huge stretch for this Wildcat basketball team!
