Following a terrific senior season, Servite High School standout and Arizona Football commit Tetairoa McMillan has been named the California Player of Year.

The future of Arizona Football is very bright as the Wildcats have the current No. 23 recruiting class for 2022 signed, and their prized piece in the class is the four-star receiver, Tetairoa McMillan.

A standout athlete at Servite High School in Anaheim, CA, T-MAC is considered one of the best players in the country, and now as we’ve recently learned, he is also considered to be the best player in the talent-rich state of California.

Making news on Monday afternoon, McMillan was named the Mr. Football State Player of the Year and is the first Servite player ever to be given the honor.

T-MAC ends a storied career at Servite High School where he accumulated 179 catches for 2,640 yards and 34 touchdowns in 27 games played in three seasons according to Maxpreps.

Joining his fellow high school teammates in Tucson, the California Player of Year comes to Arizona with high hopes and expectations, and his talent should help to elevate the Wildcats.

Arizona Football needed an insurgence of talent, and the Wildcats are doing that by signing a terrific recruiting class that features Tetairoa McMillan.

Standing 6-feet-4-inches and weighing 185 pounds, T-MAC is a big receiver with a big frame and gives the Wildcats immediate talent, athleticism, and depth at receiver, and joins a talented receiver room that also features players like Jacob Cowing, Kevin Green, Ma’Jon Wright, AJ Jones, and several others.

Coming in, he should get a lot of early looks at receiver for the Cats, as he is that special of a talent. He’s long and athletic with great speed and explosiveness, possesses great hands, is terrific in space, and is also able to create plays and separation for himself.

The kid oozes talent and this is someone that should be playing football on Sundays in a few years. Here’s a reminder of just how talented he is!
