Following a successful recruiting stretch, Arizona Football is also doing well for 2023 Southern California offensive lineman, Raymond Pulido.

Arizona Football is off to a hot recruiting start for 2023 with already 14 commitments in the class, and it seems that the Wildcats are closing in on another top target in the class.

With several players on official visits in Tucson, also making news this weekend, the Wildcats have landed in the Top Five for St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA) lineman, Raymond Pulido.

A top-five list that also features Oregon, Louisville, UCLA, and Alabama, the Wildcats are surely in the thick of it for the talented Southern California lineman.

A 6-foot-6, 345-pound prospect, Raymond is considered to be the No. 470 overall player in the 2023 recruiting class, as well as the No. 38 offensive tackle, and the No. 34 overall player from the talent-rich state of California according to 247Sports.

Competing against some great programs, Arizona Football is hoping to make a major impression with Raymond Pulido.

Head coach Jedd Fisch has only been in Tucson for a little over a year, and so far, he has shown that he and his staff are not afraid to go toe-to-toe with some of the top programs for some of the best talent.

And from observing this past season, it was clear that the Wildcats needed more talent up front. Luckily, the Wildcats seem to be addressing it, which is why they are going after Raymond.

The young Pulido is one of the better prospects in the west as he hails from the perennially talented St. John Bosco, and he plays for a Braves football program that is one of the best high school football programs in the country.

Raymond is a big and strong kid that moves well for his size, and with his physical attributes, he likely projects as an offensive tackle at the next level.

He excels both in the run and pass game, he has a tremendous motor, and uses leverage to get under the opposing players’ shoulder pads and drive!

Overall, he is a good prospect with lots of upside, and the fact that Arizona is doing this well so far is a testament to this staff.

Just take a look for yourself!
