Arizona Football stays hot on the recruiting trail, adding yet another commitment for 2023, this time it is Southern California Wide Receiver/Tight End, Jackson Holman.

The Wildcats are rolling! Still months until the start of the season, and Arizona Football has added another commitment for 2023, bringing up their total to 16 commits.

Making news on Saturday afternoon, the Wildcats officially added 2023 three-star Southern California wide receiver/tight end, Jackson Holman.

Announcing his commitment via social media, Jackson had long been rumored to be a Wildcat lean, and finally, he made it official, picking Arizona despite receiving offers from Utah, Vanderbilt, Princeton, Yale, and Cornell among several others.

A standout athlete from the talented Mission Viejo High School in Mission Viejo, CA, Jackson comes to Tucson as a three-star rated recruit and is considered to be the No. 148 ranked receiver, as well as the No. 95 overall ranked player from the talent-rich state of California according to 247Sports’ Composite ranking services.

Standing 6-feet-4-inches and weighing 200 pounds, Jackson Holman is a nice addition to Arizona Football and becomes yet another solid offensive weapon.

So far this off-season, the Wildcats has focused on addressing its defense, and unlike the majority of their commitments so far, Jackson is yet another offensive weapon added to the team.

Considered to be more of an athlete, Jackson is a kid that has a unique blend of size, speed, and strength, and after having him campus just weeks ago, the Wildcats were smart to get in on this recruitment.

Holman is a standout from Mission Viego High School in Southern California and is coming off of a solid junior season in which he had 46 receptions for 699 yards and eight touchdowns. He also had four rushes for 25 yards according to Maxpreps.

On film, Jackson is a physically gifted player that should be a nice downfield threat for the Wildcats, and his size also helps address some of Arizona’s red zone woes they experienced last season. He quick and runs well, and his big frame allows him to withstand contact.

Overall, you can see that the talent is there and you can see it in his film!
