Arizona Basketball announces its Pac-12 weekend matchups

We are inching closer to the 2022-23 Arizona Basketball season, and the Wildcats have announced its Pac-12 weekend matchups.

With the Arizona Football season just around the corner, that means the 2022-23 Arizona Basketball season is quickly approaching as well.

And on Monday afternoon, we got one step closer as the Pac-12 officially announced the weekend pairings for the Wildcats’ conference slate of games.

Kicking off their conference schedule on December 1, the Wildcats will travel to Salt Lake City to take on the Utes. They will then follow that up with a home game against the Cal Bears on December 4.

Seeing a massive break in their Pac-12 Schedule in December, Arizona Basketball will then return to action at the end of the month.

Opening on the road during the New Year’s weekend for the third season in a row, the Wildcats will travel to Tempe to take on rival ASU sometime between December 29 and January 2 (however, the official game date has not been finalized).

Arizona will then alternate travel virtually every weekend for nearly the rest of their Pac-12 schedule.

Regular season Pac-12 play will then end March 1-4. As of right now, the Wildcats will finish on the road against USC and UCLA respectively, something that hasn’t been done since the 1997-98 season.
