Sophomore Linebacker – Ammon Allen

A former walk-on, Ammon Allen already earned himself a scholarship this off-season, and he also is earning himself a lot of reps on defense this fall.

Making the move from safety to linebacker, Ammon will be used heavily in the Wildcats’ linebacking rotation, and for that, he is a logical choice in becoming a potential breakout player for the Cats.

He was a standout two-way player at Highland High School, and I quickly see him making significant contributions to this team based on what has been observed of Ammon this fall.
