As we inch closer to the 2023 Arizona Softball season, the Wildcats have announced their schedule for the upcoming season.

Well, the weather in Tucson is quickly cooling off, and that means we are closer to the start of another Arizona Softball season.

Fresh off of a College World Series run, the Wildcats are continuing their preparations for the 2023 season, and on Wednesday afternoon, we got another step closer as the Wildcats officially announced their schedule for the upcoming season.

Officially kicking off their season on February 9, the Wildcats will welcome Long Beach State, Kansas, and NC State to town for the Candrea Classic.

Seeing a healthy mix of solid non-conference teams, Arizona Softball will be tested early before taking on a deep Pac-12.

Last year was a rough one for the Wildcats in Pac-12 play as Arizona finished with an 8-16 record. This year, they will be looking to bounce back when they kick off their conference schedule on March 10, when they travel to Tempe to take on rival ASU.

Arizona will then follow that series up with a doubleheader against New Mexico State before resuming Pac-12 action against Utah and Washing followed by the Bear Down Fiesta.

Arizona will then finish its regular season against the rest of the Pac-12 before potentially pivoting its focus to the postseason.

As of right now, here is what Arizona’s schedule looks like for 2023, and the remaining details of the schedule will be released in the coming weeks.
