TUCSON, AZ – Following their porous showing in Salt Lake City to open conference play, No. 4 Arizona Basketball (6-1, 0-1) takes on winless Cal.

Well, Arizona Basketball has come crashing back to earth. One week after winning the Maui Invitational and beating then No. 17 San Diego State and No. 10 Creighton, the Wildcats were embarrassed by Utah.

Traveling to Salt Lake City to take on the Utes on Thursday evening, Arizona came out flat, falling to Utah 81-66 to begin practice play.

And after a couple of days off, Arizona is back in action! Returning to the friendly confines of McKale Center, the Cats will resume Pac-12 play against winless Cal.

Coming in, the Golden Bears are having a rough season and are currently 0-8. Overall, they have not been competitive in the majority of their games.

Overall, this is a game that the Wildcats should win easily; however, Arizona cannot overlook Cal, and they are going to need a much better effort than they had on Thursday night if they are going to win this one.

So with Arizona Basketball preparing for Cal, here is how you can watch and follow their game.

Arizona Game Preview:

Resuming Pac-12 play against, Arizona has gotten off to a fair start this season; however, the Wildcats had an abysmal performance against Utah that had them crash back down to reality.

Entering Sunday’s action, this matchup should be an interesting one. Together, both teams share an extensive history here, and both teams play very different brands of basketball.

Overall, the Wildcats have dominated this series, currently holding a 68-22 lead, and Arizona has won the last 11 straight meetings. The last time these teams met, Arizona won 89-61 in Tucson last March.

The Wildcats will need to be focused in this one if they hope to win, even though Cal is having a rough season! Tip-off is set for 3:00 P.M. Tucson time!
