After a huge 2022 season with Arizona Football, offensive tackle Jordan Morgan announced that he will be returning to Tucson for another year.

The 2022 Arizona Football season was a rather successful one all things considered and despite a huge year with the Wildcats and getting injured, offensive tackle Jordan Morgan will be returning for another season in Tucson!

Making news via Social Media on Tuesday evening, the former Marana High School standout surprised Wildcat fans by announcing that he will be coming back to Arizona for one more season.

Morgan was moderately recruited coming out of high school, but over the past couple of seasons, Jordan has blossomed into a top-tier lineman in college football.

And as he returns for 2023, Jordan Morgan will likely be the anchor of the Arizona Football offensive line next year so long as he is healthy.

As we all saw, Arizona’s offense exploded in 2022 en route to becoming one of the most electric groups not only in the Pac-12 but in college football, and Morgan was a big part of that.

Starting in 10 games at left tackle for the Wildcats, Jordan helped propel the offense to scoring an average of 30.8 points per game and 461.9 yards per game, including 143.5 yards rushing per game. Unfortunately, an ACL tear against UCLA cut his season short.

Now in his final season in Tucson, Jordan will give it one last go with the Wildcats before moving on. And heading into 2023, he should have a huge impact with the Cats so long as he is healthy.

In 2022, he was arguably the Wildcats’ best offensive lineman, and I don’t see any reason for that changing next season. Plus, his experience will be vital in propelling this high-flying offense!
