Arizona Football flips Oregon State commit, Dorian Thomas
Making a splash on early signing day, Arizona Football has added another piece for 2023, flipping Oregon State commit, Dorian Thomas.
Early Signing Day is finally here, and head coach Jedd Fisch and the Arizona Football program have had a busy week rounding out their recruiting class for 2023.
And with kids signing their National Letter of Intent for the early signing period, the Wildcats have added another piece to their class, this time flipping Oregon State commit, Dorian Thomas.
Making news on Wednesday, the Wildcats secured Dorian’s commitment as the long-time Oregon State flipped his pledge despite also receiving offers from Arizona State, Florida Atlantic, and Nevada most notably.
A standout recruit in the class of 2023, Thomas is a skilled tight end that hails from Kentridge High School in Kent, WA.
Standing 6-feet-4-inches and weighing 220 pounds, Dorian Thomas will add more depth to the tight end spot for Arizona Football.
So far this off-season, Jedd Fisch and the Wildcats have done a tremendous job in continuing to upgrade their talent as well as build depth!
And with there being a slim opening for Dorian, the Wildcats continued to make a push for the Oregon State commit, and it paid off big-time, adding a solid piece to the class for 2023.
Joining the Wildcats, Dorian is a big and skilled tight end with tremendous size, speed, and athleticism. Even though he is considered a tight end, Thomas plays and moves a bit like an outside receiver.
A two-sport star at Kentridge High School, Dorian has the tools to be a good collegiate tight end and with continued development, he will be a top target for the Wildcats for years to come! Overall, the talent is there, and this is a great get for the Wildcats!
