BERKELEY, CA – Resuming Pac-12 action, No. 18 Arizona Women’s Basketball (11-1, 1-0) takes on the Cal Golden Bears (9-3, 0-1).

After thumping rival Arizona State just days ago, No. 18 Arizona Women’s Basketball is back in action as they take on Pac-12 foe Cal to resume conference play.

Returning to the hardwood after a small break, the Wildcats will travel to Northern California for what should be a pretty tough battle for Arizona.

Coming in, Cal is a skilled and well-coached team, and though the Wildcats are favored in this one, this is going to be a tough road test for the Wildcats, so Arizona will have to bring the intensity.

Against the Golden Bears, Arizona should have the talent advantage, plus, I like the Wildcats’ size against Cal. However, if Arizona is going to win, they are going to have to get the offense rolling early if they want to win in this one!

With Arizona Basketball preparing for Cal, here is how you can watch and follow our Wildcats!

Arizona Game Preview:

Resuming conference play against Cal, Arizona has looked dominant over the last several weeks, picking up three-straight wins after getting bounced by Kansas at home. However, their matchup against the Golden Bears isn’t going to be an easy one by any means.

Entering Saturday’s action, this should be an interesting matchup as both squads have met several times in their collective history. Since 1977, Cal owns the overall series lead with a 38-34 advantage. However, Arizona has won the last three straight, including four of the last six matchups.

Arizona will have to bring the intensity early in this one if the Wildcats are to win. Arizona will need to be focused and bring the effort because we know Cal will as well! Tip-off is set for 8:00 P.M. Tucson time!
