Despite earning another quad one win and beating rival ASU, Arizona Basketball (13-1, 2-1) remained at No. 5 in the latest AP Top 25 poll.

We are already at the halfway point through the 2022-23 Arizona Basketball season and  the Wildcats have piled up some nice wins, earning five quad one wins.

And returning to the hardwood this past week for a huge rivalry showdown against Arizona State, the Wildcats notched another huge win.

Using a dominant first half, the Wildcats came away with the big win, improving to 13-1 on this young season.

And after their showing this past week, Arizona stayed put in the latest AP Poll, coming in at No. 5 again for the third straight week.

Even though Arizona Basketball saw no movement in the latest AP Poll, the Wildcats still come in at a respectable No. 5 ranking.

So far this season, the Pac-12 has had a fair share of its teams in the Top 25 rankings, and joining the Wildcats this week was UCLA checking in at No. 10 this week, meanwhile, no other Pac-12 teams received any votes this week.

With the Wildcats staying put at No. 5 in the country, they will have to remain focused this week as they welcome the Washington schools to town this week!

Assuming Arizona takes care of business, they will only continue to strengthen their tournament resume. However, the Wildcats cannot overlook anyone and they will need to stay hungry and humble if they look to continue climbing the ranks.

Either way, this team should have a great opportunity this week to potentially rise in the AP Top 25 rankings so long as they stay ready!
