TUCSON, AZ – Fresh off of a big win over rival ASU, No. 5 Arizona Basketball (13-1, 2-1) resumes Pac-12 play against Washington (9-6, 1-3).

We are steadily cruising along in the 2022-23 college basketball season, and already No. 5 Arizona Basketball has had a tremendous start to the season.

And after picking up their fifth, quad-one win on Saturday against rival Arizona State, the Wildcats are back in action on Thursday evening as they welcome the Washington Huskies to town.

Coming in, Washington is a talented but rather inconsistent team. And although the Wildcats are heavily favored in this one, this is a game that the Wildcats cannot overlook.

Against the Huskies, Arizona should have the advantage just about everywhere on the court; however, that doesn’t mean that the Cats can overlook this game. Arizona will still have to bring the effort and intensity if they are going to earn the win!

With Arizona Basketball preparing for Washington, here is how you can watch and follow their game.

Arizona Game Preview:

Resuming conference play against conference foe Washington, Arizona has looked like one of the best teams in the country, and following their big win over rival ASU, the Wildcats will be riding high entering this one.

Coming into Thursday’s action, this should be a fun matchup as both squads share quite the collective history and have had some rather entertaining games over the years. But despite that, since 1978, Arizona has held the 55-31 advantage in this series, with the Wildcats winning the last five straight.

The last time both these squads met was in Seattle last February where Arizona came away with the dominant, 92-68 win.

Arizona will have to treat this one with just as much seriousness as they did with their other marquee games, and as noted previously, if Arizona is to win, they will need to be focused and bring the effort! You are going to need your coffee for this one as tip-off is set for 9:00 P.M. Tucson time!
