EUGENE, OR – Rebounding with a much-needed win over OSU, No. 9 Arizona Basketball (15-2, 4-2) will go for the weekend sweep vs Oregon (9-8, 3-3).

After a rough week last week, No. 9 Arizona Basketball got things back on track a bit as the Wildcats came away with a much-needed win on Thursday night against Oregon State.

Controlling the game from start to finish, Arizona came away with the big win as the offense found its rhythm again in this one.

However, as Arizona returns to the hardwood (even though it may be an ugly court) in Eugene to face the Oregon Ducks, the Wildcats are going to have a significant challenge here, even though Oregon has not played to their expectations.

Coming in, the Ducks are coming off a double-digit loss to ASU, and even with Arizona being the favorites in this one, it is going to take a hell of a team performance, and the Wildcats are going to have to take better care of the basketball.

Arizona will have to bring the intensity from the tip and get its offense rolling early if they are going to get the win on the road!

With Arizona Basketball preparing for Oregon, here is how you can watch and follow their game.

Arizona Game Preview:

Resuming conference play against Pac-12 foe Oregon, Arizona got back on track on Thursday evening after running into a bit of a bumpy road as of late.

Unfortunately, the Wildcats will not have a clear talent advantage in this one, and regardless of Oregon’s record, Arizona will need focus and intensity if they are to get the win in this one.

Coming into Saturday’s action, this should be an intriguing matchup! Both squads share quite the collective history here, and overall Arizona leads 51-36 since 1976; however, the Ducks have controlled this one of late, winning 10 of the 13 meetings.

The last time both these teams played each other was in Tucson last February where Arizona came away with a narrow, 83-81 victory.

Arizona’s offense is going to need to get to work quickly in this one and keep its momentum, meanwhile, the defense has to bring a better effort if they hope to avoid Saturday’s upset! Tip-off is set for 4:00 P.M. Tucson time!
