STANFORD, CA – Riding a seven-game winning streak, No. 4 Arizona Basketball (22-3, 11-3) looks to close out their Bay Area trip with a win against Stanford (10-14, 4-9).

No. 4 Arizona Basketball is playing like one of the hottest teams in the country! And after losing to Oregon in Eugene a couple of weeks ago, the Wildcats are winners of seven straight, and they return to action as they take on Stanford to close out their Bay Area trip.

Fresh off of a dominant win over Cal on Thursday night, the Wildcats return to the hardwood to face the Cardinal, and despite Stanford playing better these days, Arizona should have the advantage in this one.

Coming in, the Wildcats are the favorites, but like its previous games, it is going to take another focused effort, and with the season winding down, now isn’t the time for the Wildcats to get complacent!

Arizona Game Preview:

Resuming conference play against Pac-12 foe Stanford, Arizona has found its stride again and entering Saturday’s action, this should be a good one!

Together, both teams share quite the competitive history here, and overall this has been a great matchup even though Arizona has dominated this series with a 69-26 advantage since 1966, including winning 22 of the last 24 meetings.

The last time both these teams played each other was in Vegas last March where Arizona came away with the narrow, 84-80 victory.

Arizona’s offense will need to get to work quickly in this one and keep its momentum going, meanwhile, the defense has to bring the intensity if they are going to win here! Tip-off is currently set for 6:00 P.M. Tucson time!
