Fresh off of a mid-week win over Grand Canyon on Tuesday evening, Arizona Baseball (14-9, 3-6) returns to action to take on Oregon to resume Pac-12 play.

After getting swept by rival ASU last weekend to resume Pac-12 play, Arizona Baseball got back on track in a big way as they beat Grand Canyon 10-9 on Tuesday evening for a mid-week tilt against the Lopes.

However, the challenge is a bit greater this weekend for Arizona, as the Wildcats play host to the visiting Oregon Ducks this weekend.

Coming in, the Wildcats have been wildly inconsistent, particularly on the mound, and even worse, the Ducks are a competent and competitive group, posting a respectable 15-7 (3-3) record.

And if Arizona is going to win this series, they will need to continue to generate runs at a decent rate, meanwhile, the Wildcats will need to get better, and more consistent pitching, especially from its day two and three starters, as well as the bullpen.

If the Wildcats can find a way to tighten things up, they have a great chance of coming away with the conference series win.

With that said, here’s a look at Arizona’s upcoming opponent!
