A steadily-rising defensive prospect that hails from Tompkins High School in Katy, Texas, Arizona has added another solid defensive prospect.
Standing a sturdy, 6-feet-3-inches and weighing 220 pounds, Eduwa Okundaye possesses good size and will add immediate depth to Arizona Football.
So far for 2024, coach Fisch and the Wildcats have gone defense-heavy with this recruiting class, with four of their six commitments being defensive players.
Joining fellow commits Brandon Phelps, Jordan Washington, Luke Ferrelli, Isaiah Buxton, and Kaho Tuihalamaka, Eduwa is a skilled defensive edge rusher with great size, athleticism, and motor.
Overall, he is a talented kid and is one of the state’s premier pass rushers, and at his size, he has the ability to add more size to his frame, and overall, he should be a solid addition to Arizona’s defense.
This is a kid that could have a big impact at Arizona, and he plays with a level of physicality and confidence that the Wildcats desperately need! Here is just a small preview of what we could see in Tucson!
