Arizona Basketball Game Preview:

Officially kicking off the 2023-24 season, the Wildcats returned to the hardwood on Monday evening after a seemingly long and endless offseason. And to kick off the year, Arizona welcomed Morgan State into town to begin its season, as well as usher in year three of the Tommy Lloyd era in Tucson.

Scoring a whopping 122 points on 55.3 percent shooting from the field, including 12-27 (44.4 percent) from three, the Wildcats demolished the visiting Bears by a 122-59 final!

However, entering Friday’s action, this one won’t be easy by any means. In what should be one of the most exciting and highly anticipated college basketball matchups this season, the Wildcats will go toe-to-toe with the No. 2 Blue Devils.

Renewing a bit of a rivalry here, the Wildcats are going to have to play well here as Duke is a very skilled and well-coached team, and winning in Cameron Indoor Stadium is not easy.

If Arizona is to win, they are going to have to adapt to the time change, as well as play in a rowdy and raucous environment. Either way, fans should be in store for a good one! Tip-off is set for 5:00 P.M. Tucson time!
