One offseason makes Colorado a whole lot scarier. Another offseason of development by the players head coach Deion Sanders has recruited to Boulder and another offseason to foster chemistry makes this Buffaloes team dangerous. Shedeur Sanders is a true dual-threat quarterback and serves Arizona its first home loss of the season. Revenge — say, for Arizona beating Colorado in Boulder last year — is a dish best-served cold, and Arizona falls to 5-2.
Week 9
W. . 469. WVU. Tucson, AZ. . . 2023: 9-4. .
With this game being the most likely to be the Homecoming game, Arizona will find a way to win. Even in 2021 when the Wildcats were rolling in the pits of hell, their sole win was a gross 10-3 win over Cal on Homecoming. Tucson comes to life when the alumni are in town, and the on-field performance this season will match it. Arizona moves to 6-2 and secures bowl game eligibility in front of the home crowd for the second straight season.
Week 10
2023: 6-7. . . 455. UCF. . W. . Orlando, FL. team
UCF is also set to be a potent rushing offense with running back RJ Harvey coming back and dual-threat quarterback KJ Jefferson transferring in from Arkansas. They managed to replace some holes on defense too, with former Cincinnati safety Bryon Threats and former UT-Martin edge rusher Daylan Dotson transferring in. However, the warm weather will help Arizona feel at home and outlast the Knights on the road in Orlando to move to 7-2 on the season.
