The University of Arizona Football program has seen its fair share of ups and downs in recent years, but one constant has been the merry-go-round of starting quarterbacks.

Jayden de Laura is a talented athlete who has been a key player and catalyst for the Wildcats since joining the team in 2022, but with the recent change in NCAA rules allowing players to transfer without having to sit out a year, de Laura has decided to enter the transfer portal.

More importantly, the way both he and Head Coach Jedd Fisch have handled this transition has been nothing short of graceful.
