Finally, we may see the real potential of Speedy Luke! We have seen moments over the last two seasons, but for some reason, Speedy has not had an abundance of opportunities to see the field for the Wildcats.
However, with Michael Wiley graduating and Jonah Coleman now at Washington, Arizona has a solid corps of running backs to choose from, but not many with the speed of Luke.
Fresh off of a season in which he ran for 153 yards on 37 carries and a touchdown, Luke has the talent to make an impact and we may just finally see what he can truly do. With a close relationship with running back coach Alonzo Carter, perhaps more opportunities will be there for him to succeed!
