The Arizona Wildcats take on the No. 9 ranked Washington Huskies at home on Saturday, but what are their fans thinking?

At Zona Zealots, we bring you our weekly insight in what to know about an upcoming opponent. This week we asked the Experts over at our sister site Emerald City Swagger to provide us insight about UW, and we asked them three questions about the Huskies upcoming game against Arizona Football.

As they tend to say, keep your friends close, but keep your enemies even closer. Well, we bring you the in-depth knowledge of Arizona’s upcoming opponent, the 9th ranked Washington Huskies.

More from Wildcats Football

It is no secret by now that this should be a pretty tough game for the Wildcats. Washington comes in ranked in the Top 10 having outscored their first three opponents by a score of 148-30.

Untested would be the first thing that comes to mind, but by no means does that make Arizona an easy upset pick to knock off the Dawgs.

The Huskies as it stands are favored at -10, and the Odd Shark is predicting a final score of 46.5-24.8.

No doubt Arizona will certainly have their hands full against a talented and well-coached team this Saturday. However, what specifically do Huskies fans think about the upcoming game against the Wildcats?

To help us answer that question, Zona Zealots sat down with FanSided’s UDubb fan site Emerald City Swagger Expert, Brian Renner. Here are his answers:

1) Which Huskies player should Arizona be most concerned about?

Watch out for safety Budda Baker. He’s a ball hawk who’ll be patrolling the middle of the field against (Brandon) Dawkins and helping keep his vaunted running game in check.

2) Who do you think will win, and why, including score prediction?

I predict the Huskies winning this one, 35-20. UW’s defense will get more than most people think from Arizona, but the Huskies have too much talent on defense.

3) Are fans thinking this is a cake walk, and why?

I think many of our fans think this will be an easy win due to an inexperienced QB on your side and because of the blowout last year. I’m not so sure.

These Huskies are talented, but they have yet to be tested on the road against a real Pac-12 opponent. I expect a good, hard-fought game. Go Dawgs!

Well, there you have it. Washington is favored, and after rolling through their non-conference competition, and Arizona struggling at times, this really shouldn’t be all that surprising.
